Pricing questions
What counts as a "page" in the crawl caps?
Distinct pages actually audited — duplicate URLs of the same page (common on CMS-driven sites) are detected and skipped without spending your budget, and a run that stops at the cap is clearly flagged as partial in the report.
Can I upgrade from Site Audit to Complete later?
Yes — upgrade any time and the higher caps, interaction states and the viewport sweep unlock immediately. Your run history carries over.
Do free reports expire?
Saved reports stay available from your account's history. Only the whole-site crawl itself is gated; a single-page report you generated keeps its full scores, locations and fixes.
Is this a compliance certification?
No. Every report — free or paid — carries the same disclaimer: these are automated pre-audit conformance findings against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, not a certification. A certified audit with usability testing by persons with disabilities is separately required, and a good AccessPulse report shrinks that audit's cost.
